River City Travel is looking for a Corporate Agent to join our growing team. We are looking for a customer service oreinted agent for our multi account office

Description of duties

• Assesses client's travel needs
• Provides ticketing support and travel arrangemnets for clients
• Maintains an up-to-date knowledge of new CRS enhancements
• Updates customer profiles as necessary
• Provides customer support regarding company products and services
• Provides information to clients regarding frequent traveler programs when necessary
• Provides assistance to other departments if requested
• Ensures customer receives travel documents in a timely manner
• Ensures all ticketing information on tickets is accurate
• Ensures timely communication to the customer regarding travel plans
• Maintains a working knowledge of commission changes from vendors

Required skills and abilities

• Minimum 5 years travel agency experience with ability to serve as ARC qualified agent
• Knowledge of CRS computer systems - Apollo
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Accurate data entry skills
• Ability to prioritize clients requests
• Detail-oriented, with good organizational skills
• Ability to work independently

River City Travel is currently seeking to add Business Development Associates to our team. In this position the right candidate will implement sales strategy and ensure the company meets revenue and profit objectives through targeted prospecting of Mid-sized to Large accounts. This team member must be able to call on those who influence decisions and decision-makers within accounts and schedule face-to-face contact with prospective buyers. Business Development Associates must be able to manage the transition of new accounts to designated Account Managers. The right candidate must be able to develop new business primarily through in-person contacts, phone follow-up, and presentations.

You must be a self-starter with proven energy and motivation, willing to find, develop and close sales leads. You must be results oriented, self motivated, and driven by both financial and career opportunities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Time management skills a must! Industry knowledge a plus.
